Managing Director Maria Ho is passionate about empowering Early Childhood Organisations to find candidates who make the greatest impact on the business.
After spending more than a decade of working in childcare and recruitment, Maria repeatedly saw service managers struggle with anxiety and stress about finding the right candidates to work in leadership roles with the children and families under their care.
She decided to combine her Psychology degree with her experience in recruiting to create MH Consulting & Services. Her goal is to remove the stress of recruiting new staff.
By working hard and incorporating an innovative approach to find the best fit for every childcare role – MH Consulting & Services empowers Early Childhood Services to do what they were made for – making an impact on children, families and the future.

IT Specialist with over 15+ years of experience providing infrastructure design and IT implementation for small to medium businesses.
Nhat designs & supports the software systems, technology and online platforms that enable The MH Team to place candidates so quickly and accurately.
Kiah manages office operations for The MH Team, helping to keep everything running smoothly in the office.
Based on 4 years of experience in client services, a Cert 3 in business administration and a diploma in event management – Kiah ensures our team have that extra layer of support they need to deliver industry leading outcomes to MH clients.
