The Challenge

The Director at Dewdrops Early Learning had worked with other recruitment consultants before. But she always felt like just another name on a list, being consistently introduced to average candidates who simply weren’t suitable for the roles.

This time she needed to fill a Kindergarten teaching role with a candidate who had compliance certifications, as well as the right education to help with programming. Dewdrops had been looking to fill this role for a over 6 months without finding a right fit.
