As Mission Australia predominately operated large services with some being in highly challenging demographic areas, they needed help to find candidates with specific experience and strong leadership skills for their managerial positions.

In this placement, The MH Team were not willing to settle without finding the right cultural fit along with meeting other important specifications: proactive, work well under pressure, the ability to manage a large number of staff.

This placement was worked on urgently as some of the centres had been without a manager for a period of time. This placed added pressure on the regional managers to provide extra support until the vacancies were filled.

Clear Results

Once the centre manager position was filled with the right candidate, the centre started to settle to a place where families were at ease and staff had a strong go-to person for advice and guidance. Regional managers also started to perform better as they could keep their focus on their own traditional roles.
